No Communication on EE Business Account

I found it so interesting that you get less opportunity to speak to someone if you have a business account. I have the same issue so will be cancelling my contract tomorrow. I’ve not even seen a contract for that matter as I can’t login and I’ve had not one email.

You should have cancelled within the cool off period

Hilarious as people still have this issue. My opinion of EE has started terribly. Never had this issue with Vodafone or three

Contracts in the UK need not always be written.

EE's T&Cs are freely available for inspection online.

Not sure what your basis for saying this, is. Or whether you have an underlying query?

Business line help closes at 6pm. Personal at 8pm. Therefore. Number of hours less = less opportunity.

quite simple really.

At one stage, business CS closed on Sunday too - but it's pleasing to see they now open 7days.

Do you have an underlying query? Your earlier multiple cross-postings did come across with the tone of a rant (directed at other people's old queries) rather than that of "please help". Reply with the details, if you do.

It was not a rant. It was stating facts of availability of customer service for business contracts and I’ve also mentioned the fact I’ve had no profile access as EE isn’t allowing the linking of my product. This is not something I’ve experienced before so I’m trying to find whether someone else had a solution.

as I’ve spoken to EE, it is evident so far that this process is not understood by CS based on the fact they believe I should now be linked on the system

@Electricalprof , have you downloaded the EE App and logged in or registered with it? You should see your account there or via the website. You will also be able to see the documents there as well, by clicking on Manage then for Mobile and Sims click on that one and for Broadband click on that one.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
