No Access To Bills

My online account wont allow me to link my device, just comes up with an error, so I'm unable to access bills through the online account.

I've seen multiple places say that you can text BILL '150' to access your bill, this also doesn't work.

I've called 150 and been told there is a technical issue regarding linking device to account and they were unable to resolve this over the phone, they did email over the current bills, but said i will need to call every month to get the latest bill emailed or pay £4 a month to have them sent in the post.

Pretty sure EE legally need to supply a VAT invoice free of charge!

For a VAT invoice you need to be a business user.

Please read the original post, we cant access our bills online and they want to charge us £4 a month to get them sent in the post.

I did but I was only addressing your point about VAT receipts not knowing you were already a business cust.

I too have the exact same issues. It is so annoying and time consuming having to do this every month, each month takes ages to get through to someone who can help. Then I have to go through the same thing over and over again, this has been going on since October 2023, each month they just tell me they are working on it. This is not acceptable EE. If I decide to leave  I will get charged for still being in contract yet EE are not keeping to their side of the contract by providing customers with invoices each month.  mfoley - I feel your pain, it is appalling service.

Leanne_T. Us customers with this issue do call every month, nothing is resolved. It takes ages to get this sorted each month and get an invoice e mailed. This is just simply not good enough.
