Next month Bill

Hello I have looked at my bill for next month's and I'm not sure it is correct cause I don't remember spending that much on my bill and I know my phone bill has been cloned as in used by people on gaming consoles like Sony and Microsoft 

I need help with this as to why should I pay this large bill when my account is being tampered with to make me pay so much more then the original bill

Any ideas or help.... no thought not as usual

@Shamus2   Have you looked at your bill breakdown as you only say it’s more than it should be but you don’t seem to know why ?   Your assuming it’s not because of you but you don’t know why it’s more and you even put “I don’t remember spending that much on my phone bill”    Your bill breakdown will show what the extra or out of allowance charges are for. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I've looked at what my bill for January and the breakdown of it and I know that my number must of been used by people cause I even rang up 150 to speak to customer service bout my bill and I was told my bill was much cheaper then what it is for January!

I've looked at the breakdown and and i dont remember some of the purchases so I'm being charged more for things I've not done

If your Sony or Microsoft account has been compromised, then you need to take that up with Sony or Microsoft. Charges incurred there, need to be resolved at source.
