Need to pay different account

Have receive a letter saying I need to 28.82 but when I call 360 it says my balance was ten pounds something is this a different account

Do you have access to your My EE? if yes, does the billing account number show different to what is on the letter you recieved?

You can find your account number by downloading your latest bill.
