Hi…if I pay some or all of my bill before my direct debit date, will my account still be debited on the usual day with the same amount? Sounds silly but if there’s no outstanding amount would the usual monthly amount still come out? Thanks
@pmcd33 if you’ve been billed already then do not attempt to pay by any other means as that payment method you have set up is an automated process once billed and it will still try to take the payment from your bank account. If you ever want to pay something or all of your bill you need to do this before you are billed as the money is taken from your EE account as that’s where you will be depositing the early payment.
