Hello,
I've recently been accepted for a contract sim only plan (finally!) but noticed that instead of the bill being £23 my first bill includes a £50 deposit etc, now I don't have any problems with the additional charges as its only a deposit and I assume later on down the line I'll be able to get that returned to me.
My issue is the billing dates, currently they appear to be set to the 12th of each month which is absolutely no good for me and will mean I'll always be late paying my bill or I'll be constantly limited or cut off!
I require my billing dates to be changed to the same date as when I get paid each month which is the 23rd of every month.
Would it please be possible to have the dates changed to reflect this?
Current due date: 12th monthly
Requested due date: 23rd monthly

You can change your payment date under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
