Hello
I had an iPhone contract with an NHS discount applied. When this expired I switched to sim only - also stating the discount. The discount should have been on the account anyway.
It turns out this discount was never applied and I’ve been paying 18 months plus on the sim only contract without it.
Anyone aware of a way I can reclaim this money please?

Welcome to the EE Community.
Did you submit a new PERK code on your last upgrade? The 20% discount will last for the duration of your minimum term. At the end of your minimum term unless you upgrade again using a new EE Perk code.
PERK is not eligible for upgrades changing from a phone plan down to a SIM only plan.
