Contract due to expire soon. My partner and I have split and he has upgraded his phone owning money to EE(loan) before his contract came to an end without telling me. I am the owner of the contract.  How can I cancel his as we are no longer together and I have a feeling I will have to pay for  him for the new phone and contract. HELP

Ultimately it's the account holder who is responsible for payments and fulfilling the minimum-term obligations.

It sounds like you're reporting that an unauthorised end user has agreed a new FlexPay/device contract without your knowledge - is that correct? That's technically fraud if so.

You need to report this to EE-CS in the first instance, they have access to your individual account which this forum doesn't. A police report might also be in order, if you are confident that a criminal offence has been committed, but more importantly depending on relations between you & your ex-partner.

He accessed the account with the pin and ordered £1000 mobile phone.

@Perryman777  If it’s your account and you didn’t give authorisation for this then that’s fraud.   Read @bristolian  advice on this.
