My phone is all unlimited. Why is all the phones suspended when I paid the bill two weeks ago?

There's a few reasons why phones either have call restrictions applied or get suspended from network service, but ultimately this will need someone with access to your individual account to advise further.
EE-CS have that access. Either on 150 from a working EE phone, or 07953 966150 from any other phone.
