I have received a notice that my account is suspended and my bill needs paying on my app. I’ve gone to pay but it’s then saying I’m all paid up, but my phones definitely disconnected as I can’t call anyone.

Hi @Ferdy97 You app may not have fully updated to show the debit yet.
Could you try restarting your phone, then check the balance again please?
