My pay monthly bill

I went into my account and locked at my bill but I also noticed in the itemized bill section that it looks like I have been charged for several text messages when 100% I should not have been I have unlimited texts (I've seen and understand that I've been charged for MMS but would like to know why I've been charged for several normal text messages)

@carlwalker   If you send emojis in a text that can be sent as a MMS,   If you’ve sent a text that has over 160 characters ( a blank space is classed as a character) it could convert that to an MMS.  If you’ve sent a group text to over 3-4 people it can convert that to an MMS. 

Having unlimited texts has nothing to do with MMS.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
