My broadband has gone up in February by £2.15. I don’t remember being informed.

Was I informed?  If I was I do not remember.

Hello @KrysiaKinga ,

Welcome to the community,

I would suggest looking at the breakdown of your bill to see what the £2.15 is, we have no way of knowing, we have no account access and do not know who you are.

This is a public forum, you will have to ring customer service, the billing department to discuss this further.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
