Normally, my bills are paid in £64 every month.
However, this month my bills go to £100.
It shows one number I stopped serving last year.
But today it shows the stopped number bills I have to pay.
Please EE give me an answer!

@zoe162 Did you give notice to terminate that contract or did you just stop paying the bill for that contract at the minimum term date ?

Dear Chris_B
I went to a store in Manchester. Your company staff helped me to stopped it.
If your staff did different services or something wrong, could you please ask them?
And then, please give me answer
Also, please tell me how to make my bills price lower.
Br,
Zoe

@zoe162 I don’t work for EE and this isn’t customer services. It’s a public forum. I think you’re going to have to call customer services to get your account looked at. It sounds like the contract wasn’t terminated.

There is no published email address for EE-CS, all means are listed at https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee
150 from your EE phone is the quickest method.
