@Kymmie04 It takes up to 24 hours before you get a working signal again after clearing any bills owed. Unfortunately it’s not a simple switch to get you working again just like when EE cut you off it was around 24 hours before that actually effected you.

I have paid my overdue bill and it won’t let me reconnect. Before payment it said it would lift the Barr straight away

@Zennimenni it can take up to 24 hours as the signal to reactivate the sim has to progress through the Network. When you got disconnected it started anything up to 24h before it actually happened. It’s not a case of just flicking a switch on.
