My Online bill cant view it why

Welcome to the EE Community

You should be able to view your online bill either via the website or the app, on both once logged in select Manage and then select Billing. You should see a summary of your latest bill and if you wish to download the PDF of the bill there is a download button underneath the summary. 

Have you been able to test viewing the bill both in app and on the website? What is happening when you try and view the bill?
