My EE login issues - still?!

Why can I still not login to My EE, after a week of trying to log in and download an invoice?

I've been told to clear my cache, use a different browser - I've done all of these, and I still can't gain access to the account!

Absolutely ridiculous!

What is the problem?

I was told that the problem was fixed and it still has not.
This is an ongoing problem with Ee and they will not resolve it.
I suggest you take it up with the ombudsman.

I'm done with EE. Going to find another provider for my three mobiles. Had enough of the terrible site. Never known a site like it.

Have you contacted Customer Care team about the issue you're facing with online access? 

One of our guides will be able to check everything has been set up correctly so that you'll be able to navigate the account with ease.

I have contacted your team 4 times!!!! The issue is still.there.  What more can I  do but to put the issue on social media.  There are many of us having this issue, and we are.being told.lies.  It is time to let the press, social.media, tv and any other outlet to know what it going on

Did the guides raise a ticket for this to be investigated with the back-end team?

Hi Ali.  I have spoken to your tech team 4 times.  The last call I spoke to am experienced member of your tech team who.said the issue was a "single user issue" and said it should be resolved after about 10 days.  This was a completely lie aa after checking about 15 days later, the issue had not been resolved.  I am paying for a service  and am unable to view what I am paying for in a time where technology is at its best!!! You cannot provide me with a hard copy of my bills.  I have been told I have to contact you every month to obtain these for both broadband and mobile.  This is totally unsatisfactory for one the country's leading mobile providers.

Great o hear they raised a ticket, it's unfortunate that it didn't work. 

Did you get back in touch after the 10 days to let them know it didn't work? Did they update the ticket to raise it back to the investigating back-office team letting them know it's still an issue and not fixed?

It's March 2025 and there are still ee customers having this exact same issue. Did you manage to get back into your account? 

EE - why are some of your customers unable to access their account information???

I think I’ve now been without an ability to view my account for 4 months. It’s an absolute joke.

I haven’t been able to login and to the app or website for over 6 months, I’m always told its an ongoing issue. I get them to email my invoices , I am now out of contract so really had enough of them as a business owner. This week was told I couldn’t speak to Tech Support as they have been told not to forward calls about this issue it is a global issue they are working on !! For 6 months !!
