I upgraded my sim only plan online last week and since then my app says my plan is something like £42 million a month (exc VAT!). The website is messed up too, it says £50 million last time I checked.
The EE customer service team said they can't see why that's happening and it should all be sorted when I move onto my new plan. Just curious if anyone else has ever had this happen???

I came across your post as I had the same issue today, on the app it shows as £42 million something and on the EE website its £52 million.
I've spoken to customer service and they said it should hopefully be sorted soon, but just curious if you ever managed to get it resolved or did it just fix itself eventually?

Not sure if you will get a response from Shuan as I believe EE cut he's phone off shortly after They brought Personal Bankruptcy proceedings against him.
........... sorry, couldn't resist that, hopefully he will pick up the message ping and respond to you. 😉

Sometimes the App gives £xx + Vat where as Online Vat is Incuded, either way £42,000,000 plus Vat is around £50,000,000 inclusive of Vat, give or take a few quid.
Good luck with it all, I can apreciate why Peeps get the Hump now when they cannot get a Vat Invoice from EE. 🙂
