I would like to change ownership of my daughters phone as th contract is up

@Stuthir You have to call customer services to request this. The person taking ownership if possible needs to be with you to agree to this, this person taking over the contract will have to pass a credit check.
It’s worth knowing that as the contract has reached its minimum term who ever takes ownership will not be able to upgrade for 3 months.
