Hi, Have just moved from BT to EE (had to due to contract with BT ending). Do I cancel my direct debit with BT or do EE just take it over? Thanks,

Hi @HK2024,
Welcome to the EE Community
There wont be any need to cancel the BT direct debit, once the final BT bill is produced when the BT account is closed, any final payments or refunds due will use the direct debit and then the BT direct debit will just stop.
The EE direct debit will have been set up when ordering. If you already have the EE SIM you can setup your EE online account and once logged in can view and manage the EE direct debit on the website. Here you can view the direct debit date and change if needed. You can also text BILL to 150 from the EE SIM and it will confirm the EE bill date.
