I am trying to pay my bill and the app and website are not working for 3 days. Try to use chat function and it freezes.

I am sorry you are having an issue with your online account, if needed you can make a payment here without needing to login My EE - Make Anonymous Payment
However both the app and website should be working at the moment, what is happening when you are trying to use them? Can you login ok?
