Mobile Bill not on my Account

Hi all,

I have broadband and 2 mobile lines.

Recently, I'm not sure when, but I am no longer able to see my mobile phone bills on the app or via the website. Only my broadband bills show.

I used to have 2 accounts, but was contacted by support last year to combine them. Which was great, but now it seems that I cannot access the account for the mobile phone lines.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like the account isn't linked up at the moment.

If you are logged in through the EE app or on the website and go to the bottom of the page, are you able to link a product to add your mobile plans?

Hi,

I have tried that and it says that the products are already linked.

I am, however, unable to view the mobile details or bill

ANy ideas what to do next?
