I left EE for just a few days in order to switch over a new provider. However, that provider not beeing able to offer what I was after, I therefore decided to re-join EE. However, EE briefly cancelled my account so that I had to re-register as if it was my first account with them. Unfortunately, £15 + were still sitting on my original EE account. Now that I have a new account with EE, can I please have my credit reimbursed, either by transfer back to me or transferred onto my existing new account? Many thanks for your help

Are you on contract or PAYG?
If on contract any credit from a cancelled a/c should be refunded to you within 7-10 working days. PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable.

After speaking to EE in person, they actually decided to reimburse me. Very grateful
