According to your records I appear to have three phone numbers
I have only ever had one phone number xxxxxxxxxxx
why have I been charges for using three different numbers?
Your people did originally mix up my SIM cards, but I was assured this had been sorted. This appears not to be the case. Please advise urgently, adjust your records and credit any incorrect charges.

This is not customer service, but a public forum with no access to accounts, so you will have to speak to customer service again to get this sorted. If there is any credit to be added for incorrect charges, they will show in your account, but could take up to ten days if bring credited to your bank.
