Cancel contract

Good Afternoon, I need to cancel my contract that has just renewed. But would like to keep my number, how do I proceed with this?

How do you mean "just renewed"? These mobile contracts don't just end or even renew, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.

@ScarletElise , just to add to what @XRaySpeX  has written, if you want to cancel and keep your number, you can change it to pay as you go, if you are at the end of the minimum term, you can also take a look at upgrades or ring customer service to see what plan they can offer, you may find this more beneficial, as they may be able to offer a better deal.
