Hello @Dondontrip1
When you take out a Flexi Play Contract you will be paying for the phone and the Tarriff separately. They come out as two payments.

Hello @Dondontrip1
You will have Two direct debits set up. One for the Mobile Phone and one for the Tariff.
However I'm unsure on how the other products you have are billed I'm guessing separate bill for them. I would call Customer Services and ask them if your not sure.

Contractually, your device repayment & airtime plan are two separate agreements and thus both need to have separate payments.
