Hi
I am complating upgrade which I wish to get. When checking out the price and with F&F but no way to add insurance to it. My current contract has it but will it automatically be carried forward on to new contract or how will I add it there's no way if I need to add it?. Hopefully someone can pointed the way to do this please.

Hello @Yarrakid.
You will need to select insurance at check out for this to go over onto your new contract.
Have you got to the final stage and still unable to see the option?

When I originally place everything in the checkout basket there was no reference to insurance. So I emptied the basket and redid again and lo and behold there it is but then it stopped working and crashed so I'll try again soon. Thank you.

All insurances stop with the handset so if you upgrade you need new insurance as it will cost more to repair or replace your new mobile. It still won't cost you mutch more but the excess will go up depending on what band your new mobile is in. My mobile is in band C so will cost £100 in excess.

- Printing invoice subscription. in Contracts & Billing
- Useless apo in Contracts & Billing
- All I want to do is check what address EE has for me so for a new sim. in EE app and website
- Report me for late payment is not True in Contracts & Billing
- Problems with account merge: adding my Wife's EE moblie account to my EE account in Contracts & Billing
