I need help, I have paid my bill but it’s now saying I haven’t despite screenshots and now when I log on I can’t see anything , I believe it’s been sent to an agency but can’t locate which one as I have had no emails, texts or letters. I’m unable to call due to health reasons and have no one else to help, please can someone guide me in the right direction to fix this
