Told the tablet was free but I think reading I could have got reduced plan. The staff at E were whispering, “ is that your third to day, pointing at tablet” . Before that they tried to sell me a sim. They to,d me these were the only ways to lower my phone plan

this exact thing happened again...
I was told it would make my phone bill £10 cheaper with the tablet turns out the discount came from my Internet package nothing to do with the tablet.
how do you keep doing it noticed the shop had no signal to be able to question and everything was written on little notes so no trace...
why hasn't this been stopped yet.......

We take accusations of mis-selling very seriously, so I'm keen to get this investigated as soon as possible.

Yea this happened to me at the EE store in Scarborough, was told when I got a new mobile that the tablet was part of the deal since then I've been billed for it I've hardly used it , it's an EE con as quite a few people have had this done,I complained to EE but nothing was done , it's a disgusting act shame on you EE.
