My contract is ending and I don't want to be stuck in a 24 month contract. I don't see any options for a 12 month contract though on the upgrade options?

I have autism and talking on the phone with strangers is anxiety educing hence why I posted on the community. I would have preferred to chat online with a rep but I couldn't find an option for that. I want to see the 12 month options available but can't see any other than 24 month ones online.

I understand and I am sorry we have no access to the SIM plans for your contract on the community @Squishylea
If the online EE account is showing 24 month plans this may be the only ones available and chatting to our upgrades team they may be able to see if there is anything else they can suggest.
We do have a message us option in the help section of the EE app that will show when an agent is available, they may be able to check this for you. Or,if visiting an EE Store is an option, a guide could help go through the plans with you.

Not sure why the option would be available on the app and not the website. But that sums up EE tbf. Thanks for the help though.

I’m in my last 30 days and it says I’ll be charged £X amount in my final bill if I switch provider, is that on top of what I would normally pay monthly or in total?
