Unable to print bill in online account

Hi

As a business we are unable to view or print our current bill online - when the link is clicked the page doesn't open.

We have tried other broswers and this issue has been going on for a few weeks now.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received thank you.

I know how important it is to be able to see your bills, especially for a business account.

Do you see an error message when you try to view the bills?

No, when we click it just goes back to the home page.

Are you able to vie other account information?

Have you been able to try the EE app?

Hi

No, we don't have the app.  All we can see is the balance of the invoice.

If the print bill option is not working for you both, please get in touch with the business team who will get this looked into for you.
