Yes trying to access help or pay bills and now I've been cut off and ignored stuck abroad

Similar issue, funnily enough exact same date... I've now been cut off... I cannot access the help from app nor can I call 150 to discuss.... but I can access every other part of the app and online strange? Why is help and measage us not available and why can I not see my previous messages discussed with an agent about my situation.. seems very fishy

@Jay2703 A call to any number including EE customer support will not work if you’ve been cut off it’s still a call. Your line has been deactivated and account suspended and you’ll need to call customer support from a different phone. You can dial 0800 9566000 from a different phone

@Jay2703 : It's not a similar issue. The OP can't pay a future bill. You haven't paid a past bill & have been suspended.

@Chris_B has shared a number you can reach Customer Services on from an alternative line and also provided a payment link. For this payment link, you don't need to be signed into your online account.
Have you tried these options yet?
