Line suspended and unable to get in touch

Yes trying to access help or pay bills and now I've been cut off and ignored stuck abroad

Similar issue, funnily enough exact same date... I've now been cut off... I cannot access the help from app nor can I call 150 to discuss.... but I can access every other part of the app and online strange? Why is help and measage us not available and why can I not see my previous messages discussed with an agent about my situation.. seems very fishy

@Jay2703  A call to any number including EE customer support will not work if you’ve been cut off it’s still a call.   Your line has been deactivated and account suspended and you’ll need to call customer support from a different phone.    You can dial 0800 9566000 from a different phone 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Jay2703  You can make a payment via THIS  once paid it’ll take up to 24 hours to get a working signal again.

@Jay2703 : It's not a similar issue. The OP can't pay a future bill. You haven't paid a past bill & have been suspended.

Yours is a different issue to the thread you originally posted in, and has thus been moved to a new thread.

Issue is simar as unable to pay bill or contact help services.. any idea

@Chris_B has shared a number you can reach Customer Services on from an alternative line and also provided a payment link. For this payment link, you don't need to be signed into your online account.
