I received my upgrade yesterday but it's turned out to be a whole new contract. I haven't set it up yet as I'm not paying for 2 contracts. No one has responded to my calls or messages on the chat. Absolutely ridiculous and I have put in a complaint too.

An upgrade is a new contract that replaces the previous contract on the same no. That is if you really did do an upgrade & not taken out a brand new contract with a new no.
