It's a crazy one! For the last 2 months EE have tried to change me almost 350 and this month it's 388 and usually it's like 110 maximum that's if when I have returned something. I have every receipt and email saying that I have returned certain amount of goods and devices and kept a couple but although the receipts and emails show that they have been returned they want me to pay 388 then they will compensate me monthly after that. I'm with Three and Vodafone and they never asked me for this kind of financial upfront agreement! Any one else been through this? Tomorrow is when I have my next bill date. I don't mind paying for what I owe but now I checked on the app it says 678?

Have you discussed this with our Mobile Care team? They should be able to check your account and make sure that any charges are correct.
