Speed drops from 550Mbps to 40Mbps

Did you ever get the problem sorted im experiencing it now ive recently switched to ee about 10 weeks ago and all people say to me is my phone sounds robotic or disconnects I also have to use WiFi calling

Ordered a phone on the 25/6/2025 took upfront cost from my bank but haven't had any confirmation or emails too when I'm getting the order
