Insurance cancelled

Hi.

I have called multiple times about my Lenovo Tab M8 (4th Generation) tablet.

I got this device December 2nd 2024.

My insurance was cancelled February 23 2025, without my knowledge. I updated my sim plan, which then affected my insurance. I was not told. This was to have unlimited calls and data and to call using my tablet. The advisor who helped me in February, I do not remember the date, did not tell me this.

Unfortunately, in this time my tablet was damaged by water and I did not know my insurance was cancelled.

This has proved very difficult to solve and now I have no insurance and I am paying for a damaged product when originally I had insurance for 2 months.

Please help me advise me to get my insurance back (full coverage for £4.80) if possible.

@ekangadean1   You changed your plan and any change of tariff will terminate the insurance unless you request to keep it.    The damage to the laptop can not have back dated insurance applied to it as that’s called fraud.

if I remember correctly you should have got a notification about the insurance being removed.
