Increase of £3 on broadband bill when swapping from BT to EE!

I've just received my bill and they increased my bill by about £3 for the same service and the payment date has changed, despite being told everything would stay the same! Anybody else had the same problem or can tell me why please?  TIA

Have you recently asked to move your payment date?

When you switch from BT to EE Broadband you're signing up for a new 24m contract with different terms. If you are moving while in-contract you must maintain the same monthly cost or higher. This restriction doesn't apply for out of contract customers.

Ultimately none of us know what deal you were offered or what you were on previously to be able to say why.

How did you process the change? Was this online, in-store or over the phone?
