I have 2 phones which I pay for on one bill. One phone is for a family member. How do I transfer the amount for this phone to them to pay for it?

You have 2 options..

1: Your family member can make manual payments to your account as necessary, and you retain legal ownership of it.

2: You can conduct a legal "change of ownership", thus your family member becomes the account holder. You will lose the ability to share data between phones by separating the billing account.

The process is explained under "transfer to a friend, colleague or family member" on https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/manage/change-my-account-in-the-case-of-a-life-event - the donor & recipient part of the process can be separate by means of an account password.
