Inconsistent data allowances in checkout page and confirmation email

Hi,

I just had a new pay monthly contract with EE. In the order checkout page, it says that I'll have additional 10 GB based on the 10 GB in the plan, which is 20 GB in total. But I just received an email with the subject "Confirmation: Your order's on its way", and the Plan description says that I only have 10 GB. There is nothing suggesting the additional 10 GB.

It is my first time with EE's pay monthly plan, so I don't know if it is normal not to show the additional data promised. Or should I call customer service?
