Hi, i need my date moving forward to bill me from the 6th of every month to the 8th as i get paid on the 8th or before it if on a weekend but im having to borrow money for the bill every time, can someone from admin move me to the 8th of every month on my bill please thanks.

You can change it yourself in the app or online under bills and payments. It says change direct debit date.

Why have a webpage where i cant look at my billing and contract, when i select it, it just shows me the online forum im getting annoyed with it i have the stupid app, it says this account is closed someone needs to cancel the direct debit for today and make it for tomorrow is there anyone who works here who can do this with my account as i clearly dont have the option to because the website is retarded...
