My Bill

I've received my usual text telling me that my bill was ready to view.  I've logged onto the EE website and I'm now told that my bill is £10.57.  It's usually £9.  I'd like to know why my Mobile phone bill has gone up and why wasn't I told about it earlier?  I thought I'd try and contact you before I paid this bill in case it was some sort of scam.

The £1.50 pm increase is a contractual price change that occurs from 31st March each year - see Annual Price Changes on EE (2025)
