I was miss sold a phone and new contract, this happened in Bexleyheath, I was told not to put the new chip in my phone and it won’t register, now I’m being charged absolutely extortionate prices!

your customer service is absolutely shocking!

this either gets rectified or I will be cancelling , my contract phone and broadband and go through a more reliable company 

 

 

 

I lost my phone I went in to EE Bexleyheath, I was told to take out a

Could you let me know a little more about what has happened? Did you upgrade to a new phone in store, or take out a new line, to replace the phone that was lost?

I explained I lost my phone but I needed a new phone with my current phone
number!

As I was told I needed to get a new contract phone, the lady took a new
phone in contract, to what she said don’t put the new sim in my phone and I
wouldn’t be charged!

As a company I think your not helpful at all, so I’ve cancelled my phone
contract, and going with someone more reliable
