Why after 3 months am I still being incorrectly charge for new fibre broadband, after multiple phone calls and after speaking to a dozen or more different people all over the country and promised calls back is no one doing anything about it.  Do they think I don't know what I am on about, I do, and will keep calling until it is sorted. is anyone else having the same problem. EE are supposed to be the best, I don't think so, there call centres are appalling at doing anything, they just say yes and no but do nothing. how do I get this sorted, does anyone have any other ideas or problems like this.

@Bunny07   EE are awarded the best network as in cellular network that your mobile phone connects too.  Billing isn’t apart of that award and neither is broadband just to clear that up. 
 
 This community forum doesn’t know what you should be billed you need to keep on at customer support or you can use THIS 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks, 1st time using forum so didn’t know where else to go. Will continue to phone them. I also have to call about mobile phones because they don’t always work either.

@Bunny07 , if you press 2 after the initial call, you should get put through to someone.

I  call them a couple of times a week, am currently speaking to someone in Ireland.  have been all over the UK

I can really appreciate your frustration if you feel like you've called multiple times and still not found a resolution as of yet.
