If you log into MyEE and go to your plan details it will tell you there when your plan started and ends

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @Mu51cal1

Thanks for coming here.

Contract dates can be found in the EE app by following these steps:

Manage > Scroll down to Your plan > Contract term

None of these answers are even remotely helpful!!  The only information I can get from this useless website is the term of my contract - 24 months.    No start date or end date and I can not get anyone on a phone to help either - most useless company I have ever dealt with since bought out by BT!   Worst thing that could ever have happened to EE.

Thank you - Just really frustrating that it's not available there and I have to call customer service and hold on for someone to eventually answer the call.   Not great customer service at all really.
