@Ozmandd13  You can use THIS  to make a payment,  once paid it’ll take up to 24 hours before you get a working connection again. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The option @Chris_B has shared here should work for any number, and you don't need to log in to any account to use this too. 

Alternatively, even when suspended you should still be able to call us on 360 and make a payment 😊
