@Sanangome98 If you are using the app, once you go to Manage>Billing> See full mobile bill, scroll to the bottom of this page and there is a Download this bill as a PDF option with a yellow download icon to download the PDF. You can change which bill you have selected by pressing the bill date at the top of the page if you need to download older bills.
If you are using the website it is pretty much the same, select Manage> Billing and payments> See full mobile bill and then scroll down about halfway on this page and just above the Your account section is a Download bill link. Again you can change which bill you are viewing via the bill date at the top of the page.
Hopefully this helps with downloading your bills in a PDF format.

Hi Alex,
I'm afraid I've selected Manage> Billing and payments> but I do not see mobile bill and so on, BTW, I don't use Mac but Microsoft perhaps yours is different than mine. Same the the App, I use Android and not IPhone.

@Sanangome98 What are you seeing when you go into Manage> Billing within the app?
It should show the amount of your latest bill in a box, do you see this?
At the bottom of this box in yellow is a See your full mobile bill link, pressing that is what takes you to the page where you can download the PDF.

Within the App, I have Manage> Mobile & SIMs>Subscriptions>Orders, from here, I don't know what to do next???

Once you're in the 'Manage' section you should see 'Billing' as well, and this will bring up your latest bill and the options to download it as a PDF.
