hello, I bought a phone with a contract 1 months ago online, but I think something went wrong, I think my phone came to me and it came with a new datacard and I'm new and the billing is over two lines, I don't want the new number, I want the old billing and everything through my old number

Had the same issue. EE support were no help and have cost me money. Best bet is to cancel the new line and return it all. I tried getting things transferred and I've come off *much* worse
