Need the final bill

Although my contract is canceled and my number has already been transferred to another network, I need to know how to find my final bill so I can send to my current provider to cover the penalty costs. My EE app is not working anymore and I tried calling customer support but it says the number is not with us. My bills used to only come on the app which I am not able to access now. Please can I have my final bill emailed to me? Can I get an email to get in touch regarding this?

Hello @achelleth2021

You'll see your final bill with details on your final payment about a week after your plan finishes or after you've received confirmation that you've left the EE network.

Hello there,

hope you are doing well,

I prefer to contact you by email or message .

I want 2 things,

Sending my bill every month by post or email and I need my latest bill at the moment.

and I want to know how can I change my plan because this plan costs are really high and I can’t afford it,

I have 2 mobile broadcasts

Welcome to the community.

If you log into your EE App and go to the help section, there is a live chat there. They have access to your account and will be able to change the billing method. They will be able to check your account to see if they're able to help you save costs anywhere, but you can't lower the price plan whilst you're in contract.
