I have upgraded by the trade in option but when my new phone arrived I was told I would need to hand my old device to the delivery driver so when going to do that the driver said no, nothing is needed to be taken off me. I took this as maybe I didn’t need to trade my old one in so there for sold the device but now I’ve only just received a message saying I need to trade it in or have to pay £330! Help?

@Swanseajack000 You should be sent a return package to send the old device back in. It might wise to give customer support a call to make sure that one is being sent out to you.

I hope you raised more than £330 for the phone! That being what EE have said they'll charge you for a non-return.
