Hi @Tnshow
Did you give EE 30 days notice.
Your contract does not just end, your minimum contract term ends but your contract continues until you give notice to cancel.
Thanks

@Tnshow Did you use the PAC because if you didn’t it is deemed that you don’t want to close the account. If you request a PAC you must use that PAC and you have 30 days from requesting to use it. If you don’t use it before the next bill is produced than you still get billed.

@Tnshow
Sorry to see you have left EE.
Which date was your bill generated and which date did your number leave EE?
Also we're you already passed your minimum contract term?
If your bill was generated before your number moved to the new network, it will have still showed a full month in advance as usual.
Once your number has closed/left EE you'll automatically receive another invoice with a backdated adjustment to credit/refund the unused days.
A couple of things to note - the Direct Debit payment is taken out 8 days after the bill is generated.
Do you have any other lines on your account that you may still be billed for?

@Tnshow If you don’t pay by direct debit then you’ll need to call customer support about this, if you do pay by direct debit then the refund will be put back to your bank account
