Welcome to the community.

If you download the bills in the EE app or through the EE website, what date are they created? 

While you may have paid on the 26th November, the bills are usually produced on the same date each month.

This would normally only change if you have requested to change the payment date. Is that something you've requested?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
